To access and use some elements of the Service (creating a portfolio for example), you must first create a Daizy account (Account) by completing the registration process available through the App.
You only need to register once.
To register, you must be at least 18 years of age.
You must provide Daizy with accurate, complete, and up to date contact information, and other information as Daizy requires. You are responsible for the information you provide to us. You must promptly update your account information if there are any changes to the information you have provided.
To create an Account, you may use an existing account of the following providers: Facebook, Google, Microsoft, or Apple or create an account using an email address and password to access your Account. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials from unauthorized use and access. Without limiting the foregoing, you must always take all reasonable precautions to keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
You are the only authorized user of your Account. You must not disclose your account credentials to anyone else or allow anyone else to use your account credentials to access or use your Account. Disclosure of your account credentials may allow unauthorized access to your Account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur while using your account credentials, as well as your Account. We are the owner or the licensor of all intellectual property rights in the Service, including all the material and content created by Daizy and published on the App or the Website (the Content). Such intellectual property is protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Upon registration of your Account, Daizy will grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to access and use the Service only for the personal, non-commercial purposes and as set forth in these Terms and for no other purposes.
We may, with or without prior notice, temporarily suspend the operation of the Service to you if we believe there has been unauthorized access to your Account, or if we suspect it is being used for any unauthorized purpose, such as to gain unauthorized access to information or data linked to the Service.
In the event we become aware of any major operational or security incident affecting the Service, we will endeavor to notify you of the incident through App notification or email and advise you of measures you can take to mitigate the impact, but We have no obligation to do so and will not be liable whatsoever for any failure or delay in doing so, or any inaccuracy, error or incompleteness of any such notification that We may give.
You shall not access or use any of the Service provided by Daizy for any purpose beyond the scope of the access and use granted to you in these Terms. The Service provided by Daizy is described more fully on our Website. In part, the Service may involve accessing investment data you link to your account. This means that by using the Service, you agree that We may, either directly or through our Third-Party Service Providers (identified below), access, process, aggregate or analyze data you provide Daizy, from one or more broker or investment accounts (Linked Broker Accounts) that you link to your Account to provide the Services, such as: providing information regarding your transactions and financial position across all Linked Broker Accounts; responding to queries you have submitted through your Account concerning the Service; and having the authorization to notify you of certain activity concerning your Linked Broker Accounts in the event you have requested such notifications.
Certain aspects of the Service are available via a paid, auto-renewable subscription. All subscription payments are managed via external app store providers such as the Apple iOS App Store and the Google Android Play Store which you may select and utilize (App Store Providers). Daizy does not manage or handle payment details nor does it have any access to your payment card information.
Daizy does not evaluate, review, recommend, advise or audit App Store Providers.
DAIZY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF APP STORE PROVIDERS AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS DAIZY FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUCH ENTITY.
Daizy may add new services for additional fees and charges, add or amend fees and charges for existing Services, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion. You can manage, cancel, or change your DAIZY Pro subscription via the DAIZY Pro menu option within the App, subject to the availability, accuracy and proper functioning of the subscription payment services of App Store Providers.
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR AUTO-RENEWABLE DAIZY PRO SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME PROVIDED YOU GIVE DUE AND PROPER NOTICE; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION. IN THE EVENT THAT DAIZY SUSPENDS OR TERMINATES YOUR ACCOUNT AS PERMITTED BY THESE TERMS, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND, REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION FOR ANY UNUSED TIME OR CAPABILITY ON OR AVAILABLE UNDER A SUBSCRIPTION, OF ANY LICENSE, SUBSCRIPTION FEES OR ANY OTHER CHARGE OR AMOUNT FOR ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE, ANY CONTENT OR DATA ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT, OR FOR OR IN RESPECT OF ANYTHING ELSE.

Daizy reserves the right to add or change Third-Party Service Providers.
At no time ever will Daizy see or have access to the user credentials of your Linked Broker Accounts.

You may remove our access and use of a Linked Broker Account from your Account at any time at your discretion.
Please note that our Service includes the provision of information obtained from your Linked Broker Account providers.
